Ok, I want to start with self-esteem because it’s really important and a decisive factor when running your own business, but not only – relationships can hurt or benefit from it too.

A lot of people suffer from the self-esteem related issues these days. Unfortunately, based on the values your parents poured into you when you were just a helpless little parasite is how you became the way you are – more or less.

So, one of the worst things to tell someone to build their self-esteem is to base it on their looks and/or intelligence. Although these things are a quick and easy way to make you feel great in the moment, they also dissolve just as fast. And as we’ve seen with models...
